Game Options for Harbinger/Eidolon

Hi folks

I love the new Eidolon race and Harbinger. Still, I’d appreciate additional config settings:

- in game settings, switch off Eidolon/Harbinger for a given hosted game, basically to play Sins II Classic.

-  in AI/slot settings, include an option for Random Classic Faction, i.e. that slot being filled randomly by TEC, Advent or Vasari, but not Eidolon.

We quite enjoyed cosplaying the galaxy against an Eidolon incursion and these options would help facilitate a wider range of scenarios.

I imagine they are quite low cost to implement, as well.
