Ship Special Ability Selection for Groups

Since we can have a lot of capital ships now it becomes difficult to quickly select the abilities for each ship.  It would be nice to have the option to select all ships of a certain type (Kol, etc..) and pick their abilities in a single button click.  I know you can use the supply tab, but the contrast is bad for the abilities to see which "+" is lit up.

It would also be great to pre-select their upgrades and in which order.  I don't see any reason I need to constantly upgrade all the capital ships every time they level up.
