Cant scroll on tec screen

Playing on the current build as of 04/02/23
I'm looking at the technoilogy screen and seeing some techs continue on past where i can see and some tech for capital ship modules i cant see. I can see up level 4 techs.
is there any way to scroll the screen to right? i cat see a scroll bar and no keybord keys move it. m i missing something or are those later techs not available?
