Key Bindings for Game Speed don't recognize NumPad

When trying to increase / decrease game speed, I can only use the +/- in the main block of the keyboard, the keys on the numpad don't work. Have also tried adding the +/- from the Numpad in the key bindings menu as a secondary key, and it doesn't respond to me pressing the Numpad + (or -) at all
