Epic Game Ownership is unknown error. I have it on steam.

The game worked for the first 2 hours.
I alt tabbed and changed some radeon adrenaline settings(mostly turned off extended vsync it caused weird stutter). After that the game hard crashed my pc.
I always get this error since then. No matter what I do. I did the usual: reinstall,verifiy files,changed document files,reinstalled driver etc. Nothing works.
It is pc specific. The game works on my older computer.
Any help would be appreciated.
