Quality of Live Improvements

After playing Sins 2 I found some small Features missing that would improve gameplay.
1. Auto Fleet Replenishment:
It would be nice to have an option to fix the amount of ships an a fleet and if it is destroyed that a replacement will be build automaticly and sent to fleet. So if you use a fleet with some Corvetts you don't need to Rebuild part of your fleet after each battle.
2. Option to disable Superweapons
3. Auto Scouting for Planets after some time the last intel was collected
