Status_code 400? Unable to use Multiplayer

I purchased Sins II on Steam a few days ago to play with a friend however I was greeted with some sort of status code. I had tried reloading the game and even restarted my computer a few times to see if it would fix it but there was no success, I even tried deleting and redownloading the game. Thinking it was a cloud error between Steam and the Sins II client I decided to see if it would fix itself over time. It's been like this since August 17th and I still get this status code and can't use multiplayer.

8/24/2024 Update: My problem with being unable to use multiplayer continues to exist. It's becoming increasingly frustrating as some of my friends have been asking me to play with them and here I am stuck not being able to do so. I'm getting to the point where I don't even feel like playing the game in general cause I'm met with the reminder that I cant use multiplayer every time I boot up the game. I don't know whats causing the status code and nothing i've done fixes it.  So if anyone knows anything or has any suggestions please let me know as it would be greatly appreciated.
