Advent Unity lost after reloading save

Prior to this issue, I had 3 Unity Powers unlocked (reveal, recall, and the culture spreading one), with 1 level in each, and gearing up for more.  I loaded my save this morning, and it says that I'm using 2/6 Unity when I mouseover either the Unity button or the available Unity in that window, but shows that I only have 1 Unity free, and suddenly I have no levels in my culture spreading power.
