Can't get LAN games to work

Hi - I have all Windows 11 machines on the same network switch. But nobody can see a LAN game that's hosted on this network. We even have Radmin VPN installed (useful for LAN C&C games). Any thoughts on things to check? Internet-hosted S2 games work just fine. Old C&C Kane's Wrath, Red Alert 3 games work just fine in LAN mode, so is it really a Windows config issue. What should I be doing to debug this?
