recommended cpu for sins2 ? tempest is lagging my game to death

is anyone else experiencing unplayable lag when one of the players on the map has a advent tempest spam?

I have a 5-year-old laptop with a okish, cpu i7 9750h, its a 6 core/12 threads.
seems it is running at between 20-60% while in game but the lag I experience is completely unplayable.

I mean before the advent got introduced this problem didnt occur.
and I know this is not the fastest cpu but its not that bad either, I talked to many other people and they get lag as well.

personally, I ordered a new laptop with an I9 14900hx so I hope this issue will be solved for me personally. still it seems unreasonable that tempest causes so much lag.
