rejoining a game after a crash, game turn into chinese

since I already posted the bug about tempest lag I would like to report another bug I noticed while playing with a Chinese friend.
it was a 1v1 and my internet disconnected for a minute and the friend paused the game until I came back. when I came back my entire game language turned from English to Chinese, things like planet names unit names etc..
