Newer sounds for some cap ships

They have been changed, afaik in late pre-release.

Those include changes to the fusillade, that previously had that group 'oorah' from what was used on Kol ult skill.

Now it uses pretty loud 'static' (no better word in my vocabulary) electrical sound effect. At least to me, it seems too loud, or the choice of the sound itself, could be something less unpleasant to the ear. I would also say that I find those lightnings running around the ship too much visible. They don't look bad, but seem too general as well, for example, the fusillade increase turret turn rate and RoF, so perhaps make the turrets more visible, whether it should be lightning running around, or something else, or an overall less to the face effect ? Perhaps make turrets, those that fire smokey cartridges, produce smoke from much firing, not necessarily making their barrels glow, but something along that line, perhaps make the turrets, the place on which they are sitting, glow a bit to signify that it is running to or over the regular limit. Something visible, but trying to signify what the graphics are trying to portray.

Another one that is also pretty loud and starts the sound always when the skill is active, when zooming in/out is on the Kortul, the first skill, that increases RoF and regens shield.

That sound reminds me of electric locomotives when they accelerate.

While the sound itself I find beautiful especially of our old locomotives, the sound itself always increases in tone, until it stops on the Kortul. There is no continuous indication, that would produce a steady tone. When the effect is running out, there are versions of the sound, that are downward. Something you can hear from the cabin in the long video I posted above. While I find it a beautiful sound, too much of it turns into a nuisance and it is tiresome to hear.

So, when skill starts, you can have basically the sound you already had, when you zoom in and it wasnt just started, you put the sound in a steady tone, when it runs out, it goes down.
