Request highlight pip for starbases on defense screen

Hello,

I think it would be helpful to have a highlight pip or number for starbases on the defense screen.  Right now, If i want to see if i've already built a starbase around a planet, i have to mouse-over to see if i have a starbase there.  The icon doesnt really highlight or anything, it looks "grey" either way.  

it looks like there is a little pip box like other building types have (e.g. resource extractors, Advent unity structure), but it never lights up, even if there is a starbase there.

I'm playing on Epic.
