Starbase update request

It would be great if more eco items could be added to starbases,
i think tec and advent have 1 eco upgrade currently, vasari have none,
It would also be great if strikecraft / armour upgrades just took up 1 slot that you upgraded each time, this would allow for more starbase items to be introduced!
