Game Crashing while trying to load a Mod

Hello,

I'm not sure if this belongs in bug reports or modding,so please bare with me.  Also, feel free to move it to the right spot.  I would appreciate it since I don't know where that is.  Thank You.

Now, the problem...I recently encountered a problem with the (RRR) 4.9.4a where it keeps crashing every time I try to load.  I have unsubscribed, validated my files, and tried to troubleshoot it until I'm blue in the face.  Nothing works.  Note: I have not uninstalled and reinstalled the game (yet) but will seriously consider the possibility if it is suggested.

I would appreciate any help on this matter because I love this mod (when it works) and want to continue playing with it.  But I am hampered by the constant crashes and my own admittedly limited computer expertise.
