Having trouble getting a scenario to show up in menyu.

I am trying to get a modded scenerio to upload. I copied a uniform file from the Sins 2 original file. I manage to get the modded map into the manage screen but not as selectable after pressing "apply changes". Right now after I had modified the uniform file I press Apply Changes button and the button goes grey and the game crashes. I have attached screenshots  So when I try to run the game, I get this error message

So Im not sure what to do from this. I did try to share on discord and I got some answers and Im stuck here.
