option to choose factions

Hello. Please add an option that lets players choose which of the existing factions to play as when they join a game that’s already in progress. This would increase the number of online players, since right now you often end up joining a game and continuing to play for a faction that doesn’t interest you—which is why you end up leaving and don’t feel like trying again.
